The quality of the trainer is good. I just got it today so there’s no plastic rod poking out yet lol. I don’t like the fact that back gives more coverage than the front because I really wanted something that will cover and wrap my entire tummy. But it’s all about preference. Other than that, it’s a good trainer and looks like it will do the job. ( I wear a US size small and that’s the size I got, however, I don’t if I should have gotten a medium instead).

Shipping was so fast. I ordered on a Friday and it came that following Monday. Good quality for the price. I would suggest going up a size(maybe two) when ordering this trainer. I ordered a M but could have got a L. I’m 4’11” & 130lbs. Overalls it’s perfect. I cannot wait to workout with it.

really love the quality of this product .. I do like the logo on front because it helps me to not put on upside down sometimes.. This item is great! So is the quality, although , I ordered a M & it didn’t fit proper. Like where the two bands meet (last pic). It still works either way!! Just order a sz up cause either way it’ll tighten where you want. ( I am 148 lbs )

Was very skeptical about this but I’m glad i made the purchase, material thick and hold my waist perfectly. Only downfall is the medium didn’t cover all my stomach as i would like, including my love angles , but it’s fine i can work with it . A large would be a better fit for that. take regular size if not one bigger . Received within a week of shipping;). Great seller!
